How it supports Project Empathy
Project Empathy restores and colourises original Holocaust footage through historical research. Our aim is to help people connect with the human reality of this evidence and preserve it for education and future generations.
The original footage remains central to the project. Presenting it alongside the restored and colourised version gives viewers a way to engage with the people, places and events recorded on film.
This work takes time, research and care. The support Spaceship Earth receives from Indies in Space will help us continue Project Empathy and make the work available through our free online educational content.

Indies in Space brings together games about life and adventure beyond Earth. The selection includes The Crust, Starship Troopers: Extermination and Breathedge, with experiences ranging from building a lunar colony to cooperative action and space survival.
